Meet Our Team

We are now accepting registrations for the 2026/2027 School Year Term!

Our Educators are a great collaborative team that works hard to design a fun and safe supportive environment for each individual child’s growth and development stages ages 3-10 years old. Each educator has a wide range of skills and experience and holds an Early Childhood Certificate, Early Childhood Assistant Certificate or Responsible Adult Certificate as well as first aid: CPR and AED, and a clear criminal record check.

Megan was born and raised in Fernie BC and began babysitting when she was 14 years old. She always had an interest in the Early Years and how children grow and develop to make sense of the world around them. She began her career when she decided she wanted to further her skills to make a positive difference in the lives of young children, and fell in love with the energy of the classroom atmosphere.

Chelsea Halladay

Educator
Early Childhood Assistant

Chelsea was born and raised in Coaldale Alberta. When she met her husband Jordan, she was studying Early Childhood, and worked in a daycare. They then decided to move back to Jordan’s home town of Sparwood, where they had their two children Piper and Wyatt. Now that her two children are in Elementary School, she has come back to the working field. She is looking forward to start the foundation of learning within our classroom and developing meaningful relationships with the children and families based on a sense of security and trust.

When not working, Chelsea can be found camping or enjoying outdoor activities with her family.
